Ordering/Policy

We would like to make ordering hassle free as possible!


Payments accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Personal Check, Money Order, Paypal and International Bank Wire Transfer. 

Warehouse Hours: 
Monday through Sunday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm excluding Holidays.

Payments Methods & Policies: 

Payment forms are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Personal Check, Money Order and International Bank Wire Transfer threw paypal. Due to the various payment options available, COD orders are not accepted.

We Affordable Struts are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards. If your credit card is declined, we will notify you as soon as possible regarding the problem. Check orders will ship once payment clears the bank. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Tennessee residents will be charged Sales Tax in the amount of 9.5%. 

Local Order Pickup from our Warehouse or Delivery:

Local customers may pick up orders at our warehouse. Please put your order in online 24hrs in advance so that we can have it ready. On the checkout page choose customer pick up or delivery as your shipping method. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.

CORE RETURNS: 

There is a core deposit on some of our products. We will add the core fee to your invoice & credit card once we get your order online & you will get an email with the $25.00 core fee added. If the core is not returned were we can rebuild it no deposit will be refunded. If the core is rebuildable after we get it back from the customer we will refund your core deposit back right away. AFFORDABLESTRUTS does pay for the return of the core not the customer.

Shipping and Handling Policy:

All orders are shipped via UPS or by Postal. There are no shipments on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Local customers may save shipping costs by picking up orders or delivery. Order pickup requires 3-4 hours lead time during normal business hours. All efforts are made to ship orders the same day they are received; however, this is not always possible due to order volume, so please allow at least one business day to process your order. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Do not count these days towards your total ship time. Point of departure is Tennessee. If you need your shipment by a certain date, please allow sufficient time for your order to reach you. Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day deliveries are available, should you need expedited service. Please understand all ordering and shipping procedures before you place your order. You will receive an email from us with your shipment tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. This email will give you an estimated delivery date. 

Returns:

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery*. A 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping the product back, will be incurred. Any product that has been opened cannot be returned. Please contact us for a return authorization. If a package is refused at time of delivery, the restocking fee will apply. We are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses. 

International Shipping and Canadian Customers:
 
UPS Worldwide Express is used for all International orders except Canada. Orders to Canada are shipped UPS Standard. International customers are responsible for all Customs/Duty tax and brokerage fees for orders.
